AKI 2 ?
Andreas Pfisterer 2002, Cantilena Romana p. 306, combines Salamanca BU 2637 with the SOURCES-siglum Aki 2. But in Les SOURCES themselves Aki 2 is related to a manuscript of Madrid Palacio Nacional 429 (II.D.3) Océane Boudeau (Revista portuguesa de musicologia, 2016 p. 69-70) states that the manuscript was retransferred from Madrid to Salamanca in 1954.
The Madrilene numbers II D 3 and VII F 3 still can be seen on page 999e.
So: Salamanca BU 2637 = Aki 2

Provenance Aki 2
The CO Qui biberit exhibits in several old mss a syllabic melody. The Aquitanian version is melismatic.
Albi 46v, Y 99v, TOU 180v, MIL 1 37. Salamanca (58r) shows, probably due to the preferred text quam ego dabo, the Aquitan incipit, but exhibits the syllabic version for the remaining part of the CO.

Qui biberit is noteworthy because the other Lenten-CO: Videns Dominus, Lutum fecit, Nemo te condemnavit and Oportet te show the same (aquitan) version in Albi, Yrieix, TOU, MIL 1 and Salamanca.
